Musk confirmed via Twitter on Wednesday evening that he has sold all 20,000 flamethrowers available for preorder, only four days after they went on sale. That's $10 million in flamethrowers.

The flamethrower has faced opposition from one Californian lawmaker, Miguel Santiago, who said he'd bring in state legislation to ban its sale.

The Boring Company responded by stating its flamethrowers are "safer than what you can buy right now off-the-shelf at Home Depot to destroy weeds."

But perhaps to alleviate these issues of uh, setting everything on fire, Musk also announced on Twitter that each flamethrower will come with a complimentary fire extinguisher.

For those who missed out, there's no indication if The Boring Company will increase the amount of units sold. But if anything, it seems like Musk is into the idea of a snow thrower.
